• Certificate of insurance required

• Studio rental agreement required

• $120.00 / hour each hour past rental period.

• $250.00 use of glitter paint or any material that causes special cleanup. 

• Studio occupancy (15 people max)

• Any use of smoke machine or hazer for production requires additional approval from our staff.

• Live band (drums) or extra loud noise requires additional approval from our staff.

• Pets or shoots with animals (No pets allowed within our facility)

• Failure to notify Perfect Zone Productions of your production’s requirements may result in the cancelling of your production.
